Consolidated utilized Floorcloud’s ambient conditions monitoring to obtain real time data and compare it to the manufacturer’s specifications for each of the products being installed. Consolidated’s team shared Floorcloud’s data graphs with its general contractor client to communicate the importance of maintaining proper conditions to obtain product warrantees.

Consolidated project team members received real-time push notifications to their mobile devices that identified exceptionally high humidity conditions. The project’s general contractor was notified and HVAC controls were activated to ensure the space was properly climatized.

Consolidated and the general contractor avoided what could have been a six figure jobsite claim, damaged reputations and delayed their client’s return to the office space.
