Challenged by extremely hot and dry Southern California climate conditions and the installation of LVT in 100 apartment units, Commercial Interior Resources (CIR) required a solution to remotely monitor jobsite conditions, 24/7.

CIR utilized Floorcloud’s ambient conditions monitoring to obtain real time data and compare it to the manufacturer’s specifications for each of the products being installed.

CIR’s team received real-time push notifications to their mobile devices that identified excessively hot and dry ambient conditions. Project team members spent less time traveling to and from jobsites to read meters and used Floorcloud’s data to negotiate revised hold harmless terms and conditions for the project.
